Hot model couple Ihzat and Farah surprised me with a birthday cake at Blu Jazz. So sweet of them..

Saturday 27 June 09
Cynthia arranged for us to meet.. we ate and ate and ate... and ate sumore...
First stop was MOF at Marina Square for a light lunch..
Next stop, Botanic Gardens.. nice weather... nice ambience..
peace and serene.... aaaahhh....

Next stop Red Dot Dempsey
Good food, great service... value for money... esp the brew..
ha ha ha

Do trees talk?

Imagine that you have children one day.. ok for some of you already have lah...

and suddenly one day they ask you the most random of questions and suddenly your laptop crashes and google doesn't exist.... and questions like "Mommy, do ants sleep? or Daddy, why the sky so blue and not other colour? Or do trees talk...?

And what sparked all this? ya... because i was so dead tired at work and when i look at ants.. they worked tirelessly... and in general they have like 30 -60 days to live? Do they get thrown out into the work force after 5 days or birth? or do they retire like a few days before they die? Hmm.. I know... friggin random.. me and my colleague Anton talk about the most random of stuff... and some you might think its so stupid... like which super hero would u wanna be? Because if you think of it.. all super heroes have issues.. like a mental problem or sumtin.. or socially hindered... or watever..Batman has issues... would u rather be a super villain? i think so.. repent later...

Ok.. 3 hours plus and im goin home from work... hell yeah...

A great morning!

I just love mornings.

Everything about it is nice -
The tranquility, birds chirping, empty roads, cool weather, breakfast...

So this morning, I decided to skip the usual bedok reservoir running route,
Do away with the drive to east coast,
& get to the beach on feet instead!


Gave myself exactly 1hr to cover as much distance as I could,
And did this: -


After the run, I treated myself to a hearty breakfast of multi-grain bagel & coffee,
And had an easy stroll back home.

Will make sure that this weekend is good cos come next week,
I'll be working my ass off at the Asian Youth Games.
